Forcum Truck Lines, Inc. and Legacy Transport LLC are good companies to work for because of the small company attitude. You are still a name with a face-not a truck number. Our main shippers are within a 150-mile radius. The majority of our back-haul loads return to this area so that our drivers are traveling back through home each week. The average days out for Forcum Truck Lines is 6 days with 4-5 drops. The average days out for Legacy Transport LLC is 4 days with 4-5 drops.
We offer excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision and many supplemental plans. Drivers can also qualify for monthly performance bonuses. Time off is based on 1 day off for each 6 days worked. Or if the driver prefers to work for longer periods of time, they can work 7 weeks and be off for one week while being paid, as long as they meet the required mileage and performance standards.

Application Requirements
We MUST have a copy of the following items in order to process your employment with our company:
- Copy of Driver's License
- Copy of Social Security Card
- Copy of Medical Card
- Copy of your DOT Long Form Physical - when possible.
Driver Eligibility Requirements
- Must be at least 24 years of age and have a valid Commercial Driver's License; (Insurance Requirement).
- Must have a minimum of two years Over the Road verifiable driving experience in the type of equipment to be insured.
- Must meet minimum physical qualifications outlined in Title 49 CFR, Part 391.41 "Physical Qualifications for Drivers."
- No major violations within the last 36 months, such as:
- Leaving the scene of an accident
- Homicide or manslaughter involving vehicle
- DUI or DWI
- Hit and Run
- In addition, drivers with the following are generally not acceptable:
- More than two minor moving violations within the past 12 months.
- More than four minor moving violations within the past 36 months.
- More than one at-fault accident within the past 36 months.
